I want your photos of you wearing your boots!

    Helloooo!

I realize it's been a long time since I've posted any updates here, so now seems like the perfect time to do just that.

Firstly, the boots are AVAILABLE! You can get yourself a pair at jessicaswift.com.

    And now for the updates:

    1. The boots are making their way out into the world slowly but surely and are being sold in a few shops now-- in Denver, Vancouver, and here in Atlanta. Exciting!

I'm collecting photos of people wearing the boots, so I can put together the largest rain boot photo gallery in the world! Check it out-- I'm calling it Operation Puddle Stomp. :)

I'd LOVE to include a photo of you in the gallery-- please email them to me at jess[at]jessicaswift[dot]com if you want to join in the fun!

    2. I'm now donating $5.00 of every online order to charity : water, an extraordinary organization that brings clean and safe drinking water to developing regions. What better organization to support than one dedicated to water? I'm also donating $50 or every wholesale order.

So your rain boot purchase will help save the world! Cool, right?

    3. For those of you who've received the boots, your inner labels may be peeling. I know this sucks. I've figured out how to print some sticky-backed fabric labels here in my studio, and they're holding up vey well in my own boots. If you'd like a replacement set of labels, just say the word! Email me at jess[at]jessicaswift[dot]com and I'll send 'em to you straightaway. :)

That's it for now! I hope you're having a lovely Spring-- it's the perfect time for some rain boots, don't you think? If you haven't gotten yourself a pair yet, what are you waiting for?!

Look at those boots! So cool! Yay!! Are you looking for places to sell the boots in Europe, or are you concentrating on the US right now (because of customs, etc.) ? I've seen so many places where I could imagine your boots as I've been travelling, I always think of you! Let me know if I can help in any way :)

        xo

Hi Fleur, Really sorry your boots don't fit-- they are US sizes, so perhaps there's a difference between US and Australian sizes? I haven't heard of anyone else having to rip them off their feet, so I'm sorry you had such trouble with yours. It was, of course, never my intention to send you boots that would not fit. Please let me know if there's anything I can do! best, jess

Yes, I noticed the inner labels are peeling, but the bigger problem for me is I normally wear a size 8 and have two pair of boots in size 8, even actually a pair of rain boots in size 8. Yet my second attempt to get the right size (this time size 9, European size 39) are still too small. Not enough room in the toe box. Is anyone else having this problem? I am sending mine back today, requesting a size 10, Euro size 40. I have never worn a size 10 in my life, but I continue to try to get a boot that will fit my feet.

I have to find a friend with a smaller foot size then me (which is pretty hard here in Australia)
The boots I pledge for were just way to small. I picked the right size for my own feet, but I literally had to lay on the floor while I had someone else rip them off my feet once I got them on.

The issue was all around the ankle, it's to small. I would have gone two sizes up if I knew this would happen in advance.
