We believe most of your issues have been resolved except some rare cases. For example, we are still waiting for the int'l shipping fee from few backers. Please check your email. And we cannot deliver your iPen because you only made a $15 pledge. We did mess up some of our backers' pledges. We do apologize for the mistakes.

My PayPal email is different to that used for Kickstarter, can you let me know what email address I should contact to organise payment of prize.
