    Still Printing

    Hello Backers!

We are well underway with printing the first issue. Last Thursday I received the digital proof and have been making adjustments over the last few days. Over all the proof looks great. We did have some color issues with a couple of the artist projects so the printer and I are working through those now. I should have new proof sheets in my hands in a couple of days. This is a very exciting process and a great deal of work.

At the moment we are still on schedule to have the offset edition printed and shipped before I leave for Berlin at the end of month. If for some reason that changes I will let you know. I am working hard to make sure the print quality of this issue is what I want it to be and what all of my contributors expect it to be. This is very important to all of us and I hope you can understand that.

Thanks again for all of the support and I will keep you all posted on our progress.

    Love,
    Ashley

    Printing!!!

    Hello hello,

I hope this finds everyone well. Yesterday I dropped Open Heart off at the printer! I should have the digital proof in a a couple of days, once I approve that we go to offset.

Everyone that pledged at at $25 level and above (that requested their award) will receive a copy of Open Heart in their mail box by the end of this month. Next week I will contact all of you through Kickstarter to request your mailing addresses.

If you made a $25 level or above pledge and did not request an award and would like to purchase a copy of OH please contact me and we can make payment arrangements.

Thank you all for supporting this project. I am excited that the issue will be in our hands soon!

    Love,
    Ashley

    THANK YOU <3

    Hello hello hello!!!

I am writing to let you all know that we have exceeded our goal for the first issue of Open Heart!!!

We raised $2,469.00. This is incredible. My heart is filled with warmth and gratitude. You all have helped me to make this dream a reality and I wish I could give everyone a hug right now.

We have been working non-stop the last 2 weeks laying out the issue and it is beautiful. As of today we are scheduled to go to print on May 5th and you all will have your issues by the end of May. I plan to send out a couple more updates, one when we go to print and one when your issues have shipped. I'll probably send out another update when our web page is up and official early next month.

Thank you all for supporting this project and having faith in my practice.

    Love,
    Ashley
