    Did you get your copy?

    Friends,

We were so excited to get our hands on the first edition of The Flexitarian Cookbook! The book turned out beautifully, and we've gotten some nice comments on Amazon (http://www.amazon.com/dp/0615372740/ref=cm_sw_su_dp). And just today we wrote our first donation check ($800) to Slow Food USA and Yoga Bear!

We must send another heart-felt thank you to all of you who believed in us when this was just an idea. Without your early support, this book would not be possible. We can't thank you enough.

For those that supported us with $30+ donations, you should have received your copy by now. If you haven't, please contact us at info@theflexitariancookbook.com to get things sorted. The book is now available on Amazon, so please help us spread the good word!

    Happy Cooking,
    The Flexitarian Chefs
    (Ash, Analisa, Halle, Julia, Kim)

    74% funded!

    Hi Friends,

We are so grateful for your support. We are working hard on the book, and have 145 recipes currently being tested and refined. Ash is working on design, and trying to figure out the best book size that can be produced in way that's easy on the planet and on the wallet.

We'd love to hear your feedback or suggestions if you're in the publishing or food worlds. Help us make this book the best Flexitarian Cookbook it can be!

Also, help us spread the word so we can get to 100% funding!

    Hugs,
    The Flexitarian Chefs

hi girls - do you have a bread recipe included ? If not I've been baking bread and have two recipes
        - one sour dough (fun because you make a starter with just flour and water - time consuming - but brilliant in that it improves with age)
        - two a tin / lite brioche style

let me know if you want these - all best
