Hi Everyone, We appreciate you posting! We had actually just discovered an error with our bulk shipping software, where it would not correctly import some of the backer names from our collected spreadsheets. This led to skipping some names, and thus not sending with the rest of the shipments. We have since corrected the error, and sent out the few names this has effected. So, if you still haven't received your package, it should be to your door in a couple of days! Again, we apologize for the oversight, and are looking forward to getting these to you. Thank you for your patience!

Posted project update #6These burgers are well done!
Hey Everyone, It's been a crazy week over here. 1,200 pounds of wrapping paper doesn't sound like much, but moving it up 5 flights of stairs is quite the undertaking. As we know everyone is anxious to see the end result, we are really excited to announce that everything is on it's way! We dropped 350 tubes in the mail yesterday, and are working every day to get the rest out this week. We couldn't be more excited about how everything looks, and really want to hear your thoughts when you receive it yourself! A lot of time and thought was put into every step of this process. From making sure everything was produced in the United States, to using recycled materials in everything from the paper itself to the tube it's shipped in. It's been such a privilege to make this a reality, and though you all know how much you mean to us, we wanted to thank you again. Keep an eye on your mailboxes, let us know all your thoughts, and get wrapping! Best, S + J3 of 13View Previous Comments-

Posted project update #5Everything's Cooking
Hi Friends,
Just wanted to keep everyone in the loop with some exciting updates about the project. Since reaching our funding, we've been hard at work on a few different aspects of Gift Couture.
First off: We've been building and testing our online store. By hitting our Kickstarter numbers we have the funding needed to build and host a completely secure, super-easy-to-use store that will supply our Cheeseburger Set as well as all new, secret, never before seen sets. It'll be available before long on GiftCouture.com, and we'll be notifying everyone once it's up and running!
Second: After an incredibly thorough process of speaking with, reviewing samples, and getting to know vendors from all over the country, we're excited to announce all Gift Couture papers will be printed in beautiful Boulder, Colorado! It was really important to us that we didn't skimp on quality, or be lured by less expensive foreign vendors. Our new friends at D&K Printing blew the competition away, and we're proud to work with them. You should check out all the good work they're doing, on their blog http://printdk.blogspot.com/. Not to mention they are super environmentally consious, one of the top family-owned business in Boulder, and all around nice people. Everything is printing as we speak and, just as we planned, on course to ship by the end of February.
Third: Because of your blog posts, tweets, and sharing, we've been lucky enough to have been contacted by some pretty incredible organizations and publications about our journey with this project. We'll keep you in the loop, but we're pretty excited for some big opportunities that are right around the corner.
Thanks again for making all of this possible. We can't express how encouraging and inspring the whole process has been. We'll post here for milestone updates, and smaller ones on our twitter @Gift_Couture.
Chat again soon,
Sarah & Justin

hey there! I just clicked the link above to the store (2nd paragraph) and it seems like there is a "," at the end and gives an error when the page loads - just FYI to fix

Posted project update #3Funded and beyond!
We can't believe it! 10 days after launching on Kickstarter, Gift Couture is fully funded and now exceeding it's goal! It's incredible how many of you tweeted, shared, blogged and spread the word about our project. With most of our funding coming from redirecting sites, we truly couldn't have done it without all the support and encouragement.
We are working on updating www.giftcouture.com to credit all of your beautiful names for the generous donations and support. If for any reason you wouldn't want to be credited, we will honor your request as well. You will be receiving a survey from us on January 1 which will enable you to provide us with your shipping and contact information. Also, if you'd like us to include a link to your website, blog, facebook, twitter, or even email address, just send it over. We're getting a steady flow of traffic, and we'd love to send some of it your way too.
We've also added some additional rewards for high bidders. Custom burger toppings, or even the ability to add bacon to everyone's order!
If you haven't yet backed our project but would like a Cheeseburger wrapping paper set, there are still 21 days to pre-order (below retail price) on Kickstarter!
Again, we can't tell you how excited we are for the opportunity to realize this project. The encouragement and support has surpassed anything we had hoped for.
All our love,
S + J

I'm so excited about this! I would love to use this concept as book covers for my cook books and leave on display as a conversation piece. Or use them as a center piece for a summer BBQ. Amazing job

Got mine. Very excited. There was some damage to the edges due to the tubes, but I guess thats to be expected.
Is there anyone reading the e-mail sent to the info@giftcouture.com address? It seems like I didn't receive any reply to my question for the past 6 e-mails ..
Same here, Thijs.
