commented on a project@alvin ian, it clearly says on each pledge "ESTIMATED Delivery ..."--not "I swear on everything holy that thou shalt have thine case by ..." Quit playing the martyr and be glad that they provide updates with reasons for the hold-up. What's terrible is your public bashing of a project that's being build from scratch. Tell ya what: why don't *you* try creating an idea and running it all the way through to final product/delivery and report back how perfectly your project runs. Do that, then you can start throwing stones from your glass house. Until then, send your gripes through a personal message.

commented on a project updateso far, i have backed trigger happy, timelapse+, and trigger trap. all 3 provide the same overall functionality with a few varying features. trigger happy has no physical device other than the cord; it relies on the iOS app. the other 2 have devices that will not crash. i've test-driven the trigger trap $9 app. i like it. a LOT. yes, it crashes. yes, bug fixes are on the way. is it because it's not using the native iOS api? i don't know. possibly. trigger trap waited until the last moment to reveal the apps option. i'm fairly confident that this was not done to provide pressure or direct competition for trigger happy; in fact, i'm pretty sure that TT started developing their app LONG before the TH KS project got under way. where am i going with all of this? simple: competition stirs creativity. creativity stirs artistic license. end result: beauty for all. i think the trigger trap, timelapse+ and trigger happy teams know this, and will embrace the competition. we'll see some incredible updates.
