    An Update

Hey guys! First we want to thank everyone who made this project possible for us, it is really inspiring to know that so many people believe in what we are doing and feel that what we are creating is worth not only their interest, but their time and money as well.

We have just received the money we raised on kickstarter, and after kickstarter's fees and failed pledge transfers, we where able to raise $10,218 for our project. We will be sending out our backer surveys on the 30th to collect the information we need to send you your prizes.

We have over 200 backers, which is a lot of orders to sort through and fill, so please be patient with us while we get this done, we will keep you in the loop best we can with backer exclusive updates and photos!

There where a few people who where not able to complete their pledges, most have contacted us already regarding this either due to errors with amazon, stolen credit cards, etc. If you are one of these people who where not able to complete their pledges but still wish to pledge, we will send you a private contact over kickstarter with the option to do so via paypal. Don't worry, we have no intention of leaving you behind!

This will be the last public update for our kickstarter. Updates and photos for prizes, including completed sets of charms and prints from here on in will be exclusive to to our backers. If you are not a backer but would like to stay in the loop regarding the comic itself, feel free to keep an eye on our comic's webpage at www.projectavatar.com .

We will continue to check our kickstarter frequently throughout the summer. If you have any questions, feel free to send us a PM and we will get back to you as soon as we call. Please keep in mind that kickstarter does not let us reply to comments left on updates or in our comments section.

Hey guys! Just letting you know that we can not reply directly to comments left here or send you any sort of note or PM on this site. I will try to do a collective answer here, but if you wish to ask questions and be notified of their responses (as well as get an immediate response since it will go to our inbox), please use the "ask a question" button at the bottom of our front page located just below our FAQ. Thanks! @ads64: Our comic has been up for about 20 days and we have reached our minimum goal : ) @wadledo: Unless something strange happens with the shipping, this should not be an issue for North American shipping. If so, we will try to expedite it for you. You can contact us for information on the shipment of the book anytime after May 1st here on kickstarter. Thanks everyone for their comments and well-wishes. The amount of support we have gotten from you guys for this comic is really motivating and more than we thought we would ever receive. You guys keep us going <3

    $50 Reward Upgrade!

Backers who pledged $50 or more will be receiving an upgrade to their reward with an addition of three signed prints to their prize package!  The first print will be the image seen on the preview of our comic's video, while the last two will be brand new artworks from 2012, guaranteed to be new to your collection.

Anyone who has donated $50 dollars will automatically be qualified for this reward (we will keep track of who you are!) and anyone who donates $50 in the future will also be receiving the new reward.  For those of you who have generously donated above the $50 dollar mark and chose an award above that, the prints will also be added to those tiers as well. (note: they do not appear on some of the awards because kickstarter does not allow us to update rewards that have already received pledges),

If you have already pledged a lower amount and wish to upgrade to the $50 package you can do so by editing your pledge.  You can do this by visiting the project page and clicking “Manage Your Pledge.” Enter a new amount in the pledge amount box. Note that you are not adding to your existing pledge; the amount you enter will be the total amount collected if the project is successfully funded.

If we continue to receive such awesome support we will be able to upgrade more of the rewards.

Thank you everyone for such awesome support!  We are already just shy of 30% funded, if we can keep up this pace we will be able to make our goal!

    Promo video added!

Our preview now has the promo video!

We are having a lot of trouble getting our video to export with the correct specs allowed by kickstarter.  We've added the video now but we apologize for the poor export quality of the uploaded video!  You can still check out the higher quality version in the description.  : )
