FInally settled in here in New Guinea, back with you all on the proper internet vs. the wacko satellite/dialup thing I use at sea. Made you all a little THANK YOU! video below - check that out for a quick peak at the harbor here on New Britain Island.
The work begins in a matter of days, with a haul out scheduled for this sunday. Much to do to get things ready for the next passages. And of course all of it is possible because of you folks and your amazing generosity!
Reward surveys are going to follow this update so keep an eye out for those as well so that the goodie-giving fun can begin!

Just crossed the finish line - thank you to everyone who's been pushing this thing hard the last few days....it all paid off! - You guys are amazing!
I'm still a couple weeks from shore (Christmas at sea this year...) but I will send out the info requests for your rewards when I'm back on land at the beginning of the new year.

Guys! Hi!
Hey, this may be one of the last little reminders I can send through today - it's a gusty, splashy one at here at the moment and it's getting pretty tricky to get the computer/antenna out the hatch properly without the waves washing us around....ohhh, life!
Anyways, what a stressful day with this thing - it's really been quite the emotional rollarcoaster! We've come so far but as of writing there's still about $1600 that we need to raise before the cutoff tonight...otherwise none of the 8K+ pledges we've all been hustling for are going to count. Pretty crazy, but that's the way it works. If you've got a second please post the link on your facebook, twitter, tumblr, etcetc.....one last big blast could make this happen. We really just need to find a few more people to join the effort and all the worrying can cease!
However it shakes out today, just want to extend a great big THANK YOU to all of you! It's been a really fun experience, met lots of new folks, reconnecting with some old friends. All positive things, you know? Okay, back to it out here - fingers crossed, everyone!

It's the middle of the night out here but I'm up, wide-eyed and bushy-tailed, ready to do this thing!
Some radical news: We're up to $8,280 in pledges!!!! That's 82% funded as of writing. Down to less than 12 hours to pull this thing off, what do y'all say - can we do it???!?!?
Something really heart warming going on is that I saw that a number of people having been up-ing their pledges - you folks are amazing! Every little bit helps get us closer to the goal, so a HUGE thank you to those pulling extra hard as we get down to the wire here. Lots of love, will check in with you guys in a bit. xoxo.

Just wanted to drop you all a line to say thanks to everyone who's been supporting over on the new project (kck.st/oDvej9). Just wanted to send a reminder that the project wraps tomorrow at 9 PM PST. We're just over 60% funded (been making big strides the last few days!) but still have a bit to push to pull this thing off. If you wanna chip in, there are some nice, new rewards this round - something for everybody! It's pretty amazing how far this voyage has come on such a tiny budget - We can finish, I know we can!

Omg, so stressful! We're officially over 60% funded (wowza!) but that still leaves quite a ways to go. Just a mere 24 hours left....this thing could go really still go either way. Thank you to all the new backers (welcome! so glad to have you!) and big thanks as well to everyone pounding the digital pavement to get this link in front of as many people as possible. Nice people are where it's at!
Have you guys read THE SECRET? Me either but I hear it's about this really neat trick where you can just, like, *imagine* something happening and then it's supposed to come true in real life. MANIFESTING, That's what going on out here...the dreaming of gentle, rich hearts...Anybody buddies with Warren Buffet or Bill Gates? Harhar.

The countdown is majorly on now, guys! We're half way there, we're doing so well, but we must keep pushing - if we don't hit the goal by 9 PM PST Thursday evening NONE of the over $5,000 in pledges we've already raised will become real money - what a terrible, sad, awful thought!
We're getting down to the wire, so some crazy and amazing things really can happen if we just keep spreading the word! Positivity - it's all about positivity! Please take a moment to twitter, tumbl, email, blog to your friends about it - I can't do this without you guys!
