Posted project update #4Half way there & Crafty Wonderland!
Post Comment15 days in and we're more than half way to our goal! Also found out that the project was on the kickstarter.com homepage with a super sweet little bio about the project, WOW! All your help in getting my project out there has left me very humbled, and all the love has made me even more excited about making some quilts!

ALSO!!! The Crafty Wonderland Super Colossal Holiday Sale is this weekend (12/10-11) at the Oregon Convention center, here in lovely Portland Oregon, and I will be sharing a booth (booth 146, across from the info table) with the lovely and talented ladies of the Crafty Wonderland Shop, Kara Burke & Sarah Barth! We'll have all sorts of goodies including terrarium ornaments, pillows, stuffed animals and art. I'm making quilted throws, paintings, and photo prints! Crafty Wonderland is a great way to support independent crafters and artists while getting people (and yourself;) some awesome stuff for the holidays! Hope to see you there!

LOVE your enthusiasm Crystal & Russ! I've done a smaller piece and attach my binding by hand and must say, good luck with your quilt Russ! I applaude your approach to a storied and personal tradition. Crystal, I looked in to Flint Handmade a little and must say I'm very impressed and keep up the good work! It's great to see other sharing a passion for the importance that is creating objects with thine own hand. Thank you for the invitation! I would love to share my experiments with quilting with others. Drew
