I've finally finished my second album. It's called "Take You Out Dancing." I'm releasing it September 15th and can't wait for you to hear it! Thank you for helping me make this happen. Keep an eye out for an email requesting some details on your rewards so I can get them out to you asap!

Posted project update #9Funding Reached!!!!! Wow, Thank YOU!!!!
To my gracious Record Backers,
The Kickstarter endeavor has been successful! I am SOOO grateful for all of your support and for helping me raise enough cheese to make this record. Each of your pledges have put a huge smile on my face and it's warmed my heart to have you guys behind me. Having the money to make a new album is great, and I'm excited to make it and will do my darndest to make ya'll proud. I wish you all to have friends and family as generous and supportive as you have all been with me, it's an incredible feeling.
Now that the funding is complete, you can be sure to start seeing/hearing/tasting updates of the writing/recording/production process. I'll also be getting in touch with you in the coming weeks to get any needed information to get you your rewards! I can't wait to share it with you and get the music into your hands and ears:)
Thank you all from the bottom of my heart, it's a real privilege the gift you've all given.

Post CommentWe had a really exciting show a couple weeks ago and were lucky to have this clip captured of Shlomi (a sax virtuoso) standing in on "Smoky Light." None of us knew what was going to happen but it turned out to be pretty thrilling .. check it out:)

commented on a projectKristin! and anyone else that isn't familiar with downloading from the links ... sorry for any difficulties! There are a few ways to get the files onto your desktop. Like Katy wrote, (depending upon your mouse and computer) you can right-click the mouse on the link and save the file. If you have a mac, holding down the option key when you click on the file name will automatically download the file as well. Or if you click on the link and let it open in the new window, you can click on the far right downward facing triangle button, and it will give you options, one of which is to save the file to your computer. I hope that one of these methods works if anyone's still having trouble, and if not, let me know and I'll help get you the mp3 directly! Thanks for your patience and understanding :)

The song still rocks. The video still thrills. Seeing the 'making of' is an awesome bonus.
Hoping the new album has a sexy song in it like this. PS 'Free Love' has been in every workout mix I do - THE BEST song to get that heart rate up. :-)
