The rocks are coming, the rocks are coming!

We've started shipping and delivering Roxzai! If you've provided your shipping address you should receive yours in the next several days. In fact if you live local to me you might find yours on your doorstep today. (International orders will take longer, of course.)

Be sure you've responded to the "survey" sent in the last few days so we know where to send yours - we can't deliver without shipping info!

    Have a great day!

    RoXzai rolling out this week!

We've pressure washed and sorted the rocks; they are bagged; the instructions are being finalized, printed and inserted; the hang tags are ready to go on . . .

AND THEN . . . they'll be on their way to you.

Can't wait to get them in your hands!

    Collecting rocks

I've been gathering rocks for the first edition - even had help from the Mrs. and the young ones (at times under protest.) Hope to get a few pictures uploaded but Internet at the farm is dial up only - so photos and video will have to wait for the next run to town. Stay tuned!

    THANKS!

Thanks to all who have helped get these rocks off the ground!

    What now?

Now the real work begins. It takes Kickstarter a couple weeks to process the payments and forward the funds. As that is all happening I'll be completing design and ordering the packaging.

We'll be collecting, sorting and cleaning the rocks  in June and expect to begin shipping the last week of June first week of July.

In the next couple days I'll be updating the RoXzai web site - http://www.RoXzai.com - that way when your friends are wondering where you got such a cool game you can point them to the web site where they will be able to order their own copy.

Thanks again for your support. Don't hesitate to holler if you have any questions. Easiest way to reach me will be by direct email buckhowdy@cox.net

    OMG!

With one hour to go RoXzai is poised at the edge of raising $5,000! As an old timer friend of mine used to say, "Who'd a thunk it?!"

Somebody please take it over the top - the suspense is killing me. (If I were allowed to pledge to my own project I would - but Kickstarter forbids that - come to think of it Mrs. Howdy would frown upon that too.)

Thanks for your support - and if you bump into someone with $41 rattling around in their pocket (in the next 55 minutes!) send 'em my way!

    I appreciate all of you.

    Last minute ideas . . .

Here's a last minute gift giving idea for RoXzai - make it an end of year gift for a teacher. I like that idea!

Of course there's also Father's Day, Graduations, weddings, birthdays . . . but you'll have to move fast!

Less than five hours left to get the First Edition.

    Wow, wow, WOW!

A day or two ago I posted and update to mention the new $1,000 pledge reward I had just added.

Well, in the last 36 hours I've gotten TWO $1,000 pledges! That gets those folks a free concert and some game sets, and it brings the pledged total just shy of 200%!!

I'd be lying if I said those huge pledges didn't thrill me - but I get just about as excited for every single pledge that will put RoXzai in people's hands to enjoy.

I hope it doesn't sound greedy when I say I'd love to surpass the 200% mark. If you haven't had a chance to mention it to your friends yet, PLEASE do right now. The deadline is less than 24 hours away. Noon (PDT) tomorrow is the final deadline.

I am in the debt of everyone who has pledged - I wish we could all celebrate together tomorrow with a tall frosty beverage - I guarantee I'd have mine ON THE ROCKS!

    New reward added

Check this out . . . especially if you're in the SoCal area.

A pledge of $1,000 now gets a reward of a live solo Buck Howdy concert in the Southern CA area along with some autographed cds and RoXzai sets.

I'd like to take credit for the idea, but it was actually some friends who asked, "Is there a way we can get a Buck Howdy concert for our kids' school and help RoXzai?"

That got me thinking, and the new reward is the result.

So if you'd like to do something special for your favorite school (or church, or library, or maybe even a birthday party.) and help launch RoXzai at the same time, this one's for you! If you're outside of SoCal and you're interested in something similar let's talk.

BUT REMEMBER - there are only 3 days left. Sure would appreciate if you'd do one more blast to all your friends via email, Facebook and other social networking methods.

Thanks for your interest and support!

    YEE HAW!!

I just reached my funding goal for RoXzai!  How cool is that??!!

Especially sweet that it came in a couple big chunks from the Durney family in southern California. In the past they have been very supportive of a benefit Christmas concert (Carols by Candlelight) I put on in San Diego every year.

Bill decided he's going to make RoXzai his corporate gift this year - what a great idea! Wish I'd thought of that!

I'm honored and humbled by the support from everyone. Can't wait to launch RoXzai officially in a few weeks.

With five or six days remaining I'd like to finish with a bang - so keep sending your friends - and know that I appreciate you more than you'll ever know.

    Buck
