Posted project update #4Thank you so much for your support!
Post CommentHello All!
I want to tell you thank you so much for your amazing support on our project! It means a lot that you all have believed enough in our project to support it and spread the word to family and friends. We have only 6 days left to raise roughly $2,900--miracles do happen and our team hasn't given up hope :) However, if we do not make our goal none of the pledged amount goes to our program. So we are asking if you could make a donation to our program at our fiscal sponsor's Network For Good site:
https://www.networkforgood.org/donation/MakeDonation.aspx...
Please be sure to put BTAM or Black to Africa Movement in the designation field so they know to send to our program.
Thank you so much for your support again!

Posted project update #357 Day Mark
Post CommentHello Community!
Thank you again for being a part of our vision! We are working harder than every to prepare for our trip and to put together the perfect group of performing artists. So far we have 3 spoken word artists, 3 dancers, and a musician. All of us are thrilled at the idea of using our arts to make a change in the Togo community.
If you haven't already, please tell a friend about our Kickstarter.com to make this Festival happen :)
Be blessed,
J Lyn

Posted project update #2Nyame Tsease
Post CommentHello Community!
Thank you again for your support and for joining our cause! We are getting very excited for our count-down until we leave for Togo and Ghana on July 5th :)
With your help, we are hoping to award scholarships that will allow youth to afford tuition, supplies, and costs associated with going to school. We are excited about using our talents as artists to make this happen :)
One of the groups we will team up with is Nyame Tsease African Traditionals, a group of orphaned youth that have dedicated their time to using their talents as artists to impact the world. We will meet up with them in Cape Coast, Ghana and are inviting them to perform at our fundraiser Festival in Togo, West Africa. Feel free to check them out at:

Have a wonderful week!
