Most people know the fairy-tale story of "Jack and the Beanstalk," but very few know what happened to Jack's leftover beans.
But soon, with the right amount of fundraising and luck, the story of those magical beans will be brought to life in this new multimedia title, "Beantown Pals."
"With your pledges, Bucky and his Beantown pals just may find the magic beanstalk."

Posted project update #1The Beantown Pals Backstories
Great big thank you to all supporters! As your pledges come in, we continue development of the Beantown Pals back-stories. As you might imagine, the Beantown streets are bustling with chatter. Bean characters of every description are emerging: there are Green Bean farmers, and Snap Bean construction workers. The Policeman is a Lima Bean. There are teenage baked beans and singing Fava beans. There’s even a pompous Mayor Hasbean. With this diverse population, we’ll find as many stories to tell in Beantown as there are beans in a can.

But these Beans don’t live happily ever after, because something is rotten in Beantown…

The Villains…
Two bumbling villains, Vain and his side-kick Muncher, lurk in a molasses swamp at the outskirts of Beantown. Vain believes he is the smartest, handsomest, healthiest, strongest, and all-around greatest Bean in Beantown. He can’t stand it if another Bean is having more fun than him, or is better at something than he is – which means that Vain has a grudge, one way or another, against every Bean in Beantown. Hapless Muncher tags along with Vain, but Muncher often gets waylaid because he can’t resist gorging on junk-food and through his own ineptness he often derails Vain’s villainous plans. There is so much more to come and we can't wait to get copies of the first stories into your hands!
So, as pledges come in, Beantown continues to grow and thrive heading to that big day! There will be unbelievable excitement, adventure, intrigue, obstacles, villains and heroes! Our Beantown stories are current, relevant and always age appropriate.
As always, please click the like button and don't forget to share
