Posted project update #8Terminus - Official selection of Atlanta Film Festival
I'm very happy to announce that Terminus is an official selection of the Atlanta Film Festival. The film will be screened March 24th at the Landmark Midtown Art Cinema, as part of "Drama Shorts 2". You can buy tickets here.
The private screening / party will be held in late April and DVD's will be sent out around that time as well - I'll have a definite date for both in the next update.
Cheers!
Solomon

Posted project update #6Editing Complete!
Hello friends,
It's been over 3 months since the last update, but I'm happy to announce that the final edits for "Terminus" have been made, along with half of the visual effects shots. Still in progress is the color grading, score, sound design and final sound mix.For the next update, I'll be posting a video breakdown for one of the VFX shots (which will also be on the Terminus DVD)
Stay tuned!

Posted project update #4So close! Three hours left, $948 to go.
Wow. Three hours left and only $948 left to raise! Unfortunately, if the funding goal isn't reached, we get nothing. If you know anyone who'd like to support a project like this, now is the time to let them know.
Thanks for all the support and encouragement,

Man, it sucks that you are so close with so little time left. I've given the link to everyone I can think of who would be interested in it, and donated what little I can afford myself, but what happens to the movie if you don't get another $3.5k in the next 18 hours?

Posted project update #2Teaser Video and a New Reward
Post CommentOver $3,000 pledged! Thank you guys. Seriously.
After 4 crazy days of filming (one of them involving 2 hours of sleep after several attempts to flood a house), I'm happy to announce that principal photography is complete.
There's still a long road ahead with re-shoots, editing, score, visual effects, sound effects and mixing, as well as paying back the borrowed funds and credit cards that got us through production.
Here's a short teaser video I put together:
Also, I've added a new reward that you may find interesting ;)

Love,

Today we finished our first day of filming and even have some video grabs to prove it. With our behind-the-scenes videographer hard at work, the next update may prove very interesting. ;)Cheers,
