It gives me great pleasure to update you with some Mentor crew related news. Our musician Emzy, who is composing the score and original music has just become a daddy to a healthy baby boy!
Well... maybe the word "baby" is not the best to describe a 10lbs, 11oz, 22 inch boy!!!
Here are some fun facts about the "baby" boy:
He is 1 inch LONGER than a 21" iMac computer screen! Think about that the next time you walk into an apple store.
He is 11oz heavier than the what is pictured below.

Posted project update #5and... that's a wrap!
We successfully wrapped up our principal photography for the short film yesterday, with some pick up shots set for this week. We will post some pics of behind the scenes photos soon.
Once that is done we will be giving to the VERY capable hands of our editor Carmelita and musician Emzy for our first cut. Once that happens, we will be sending a special link to the VIP screening reward backers to get a chance to see the film as a "work in progress" and add their creative feedback and suggestions!
We are also working with the Homeless World Cup to finalize the 10% donation to them in their efforts to helping the homeless find direction.
And the journey continues.

We have officially locked down a shooting date and most of our key locations!
Josh, our actor, is gearing up as well! A little "behind the scenes" picture of him below...
It has been a long and fun process of pre-production and we are now ready for our shoot date! We are also coming to the dawning of the fund-raising phase of the film as well.
I wanted to take this time to personally thank you all for your wonderful words of encouragement and pledges to our film and cause. I am deeply humbled by your support and it has been a driving force on the last leg of this fundraiser and pre-production. It is one thing to dream up a film, but an entirely different animal to make it happen. The latter is achieved only with help. Filmmaking has and always will be a collaborative effort and all of you are now a part of that. Be proud of yourselves in deciding to be a part of this. I am proud you are.
As this update goes up we will be at 50% to our goal and 40 hours to do it in. I have seen it happen before and I hope to see it again here. If by chance we do not, I am working to make sure you can still help make this film and we can still help the Homeless World Cup. Helping them was a goal I set from the beginning and I will make sure that goal is reached.
For all of you backers who have made this film your first pledge, I encourage you to search around Kickstarter and see all the other amazing films and creative ideas that are here. I hope they inspire you to help them or even just inspire you to create something as well.
Thank you again and I look forward to sharing the next stages of production with you as we will be sending picture updates from on the set as well!

We are proud to say we have cast our lead in the film and could not be happier. Every actor that was seen had their own set of talents, but we know the person we chose will bring a passion and ability that can turn this film into something amazingly special.
