    Incredible

    WE MADE IT!

Thanks to your support and love, Film to Give has successfully met our Kickstarter goal, and even surpassed it (currently at 102%)! Your contributions mean that nine social enterprises and nonprofits across Asia and Africa will receive an outreach video to help spread their message. An essential tool for their fund-raising and awareness initiatives.

If you feel so inclined, and haven't yet pledged - or know someone that hasn't and would like to - please do consider contributing. Less than 24 hours from now, the funding for Film to Give will be finalized. So let's not stop now.... let's aim for 110% - an ode to the amount the people we're highlighting give everyday.

We are so honored to bring all of you along with us on this journey.

Sending all of you cyber-hugs, and our deep appreciation for your support, belief and action in bringing this idea to fruition.

    In service,

    Rachelle and James

    Good News

    Dear Friends,

We're sending you warm holiday wishes, a huge thanks, and hopes for a spectacular 2010! Through your generous support, we've raised more than 50% of our $11,000 goal. The goal line is rapidly approaching, so if you haven't yet, please reach out to your networks of friends and family and let them know about this project.

    Some other good news:

We've connected with Room to Read, a non-profit based in San Francisco, that happens to be operating in more than half of the places we're scheduled to go. With your help, we can serve them with a number of stories, too.

"Room to Read partners with local communities throughout the developing world to provide quality educational opportunities by establishing libraries, creating local language children's literature, constructing schools, and providing education to girls."

In addition to the stops mentioned above, we'll visit Room to Read's field teams in Sri Lanka, India, Nepal, Cambodia, Vietnam, Zambia & South Africa. Room to Read has offered to cover costs associated with stopping in three extra countries.

WE'LL BE ABLE TO DO THIS WITH YOUR HELP!

    THANK YOU!

"Don't be content in your life just to do no wrong. Be prepared every day to try and do some good."

    Hi All.

What an awesome and inspiring week! In the past seven days we've made amazing progress towards our $11,000 goal. Thank You for your generous pledges and support of Film To Give: Stories For Change-Makers.

With a fifth of the game clock gone, a quarter of the funding goal in the pot, and more than two dozen backers, we're in great shape. But it's not in the bag just yet. Please take a few minutes and reach out to your networks with Film To Give. As Christmas looms just around the snowy bend, why not knock out two gifts in one shot - pledge to Film To Give in the name of another and impact our project in the process.

Film To Give: Stories For Change-Makers is bigger than us all. This is a unique opportunity to serve people who serve everyday of their lives: they give all they have in supporting, uplifting, empowering and educating their constituents. Let's flip the equation and provide them with a useful outreach tool to reinforce their work and broaden their reach.

$5 or more is all it takes to move us closer to our goal of impacting eight organizations with a free outreach video and chronicling our storytelling journey in an eight part web series.

Stories are our passion. Join us in telling them.

    THANK YOU!

    Rachelle & James
