We are moving this project to the official website!

We are no longer using the Kickstarter service for accepting donations. Most of our donations have been through PayPal on our official website and we will stay with this option. We found that adding Kickstarter to our project equation was creating a great deal of confusion. By removing that option from our website we have seen a drastic increase in community involvement and donations. While Kickstarter is a wonderful service and we were honored to use it, the service is not a correct fit for our project.

All Kickstarter donations are refunded or not charged.

Please join our community on the official website and help design a zombie game for a good cause today!

We already have a build of the game from our wonderful initial programmer, Maha. We can not show this build to the public just yet as there are a few problems we need to work out. The build is looking most promising! We even have a boulder moving around through the physics engine.

We are starting an ad campaign soon featuring the below flash animation. (Thanks Aidan!)

This campaign (100,000 hits) should help us spread the word about this very fun project but we still need your help too!

We would like to thank all of our new (and old!) donors and people who are helping out in other ways. We are making great strides and will continue to do so. One of the best ways to help out, other than with donations and game design the game is to tell others about the project!

Click here for the official website.

We would love to hear your opinions of him on this thread and the chat room.

We are grateful to the Reddit community for helping to get this project going. Below is a custom illustration we have created for Reddit.

Please feel free to leave your comments on the community forums.

We are working on the framework code in Unity and are testing various avenues to take with the game play model, such as camera angles and other basics.

Feel free to follow us on Twitter as our Zombie Twitter Bird, seen below, loves followers!

We would like to thank everyone with helping us to get this fun project going which also helps the fight against Parkinson's.

Jonathan Coulton Signs On, We revamp the Kickstarter Page and have a New Sketch Piece

Jonathan Coulton has signed on his song Re: Your Brains for the Zombie Game Experiment. Jonathan has created such compositions as Code Monkey, the Portal song, Still Alive and others. (Thanks Johnathan!)

We revamped the recently launched Kickstarter page to give more detail about the project in fewer words.

We have a new rough sketch of a possible female player character we are still refining for the forums.

We are happy that so many enjoyed the Cat Launcher 9000!

Our First Kickstarter Update: The Cat Launcher 9000 and more!

We have launched our KickStarter.com page and have added the KickStarter Widget to our funding page.

We have two new art concepts as well as a new artist working on the project. (Thanks David!) The first concept is of the Cat Launcher 9000 a weapon which gently launches a kitty towards a horde of zombies to unleash a whirlwind of feline pain.

The second concept is of a group of zombies which are being used to generate the theme of our zombies.

We continue to work with new programmers and are establishing the final core design document.

I would like to thank everyone who continues to help with the project. We have been able to assemble very high talent, noted developers, great companies and we will now work on developing a great community.
