Today is the final day in the Kickstarter for my other project, Dear Dinosaur. Thank you so much to everyone that has supported both projects! If you are still interested in supporting Dear Dinosaur, you only have until 5pm CST today!All new backers on this final day will recieve a bonus black-and-white pencil sketch from me! Plus, if we reach $1250 raised, ALL backers will recieve the first two MAKEbelieve minicomics that I have created specifically for young readers!

Posted project update #12One Last Push - A Call to Action!
Post CommentAs of this morning, there are 29 hours left for the Dear Dinosaur campaign and thanks to 43 AMAZING people, we have surpassed our initial goal of $850. Then we passed our second goal of $1000. We are even close to reaching our current goal of $1250.
Thank you so much to the amazing folks that have supported this project, both by financially backing us and by spreading the word about it! You are all super amazing, but we aren't done yet.
In the next 24 hours, I'm asking all of you to spread the word about Dear Dinosaur. Send everyone you know a link to www.twoforonecomics.com (tell them to also check out The Bait and Terrorbads while they are there!) and tell them about the campaign to bring the printed edition to the masses! Help us reach $1250.
Remember, if we get to $1250, everyone will not only get the first MAKEbelieve minicomic "Today I am a Pirate!" but they will also get the second minicomic "I think I will Conquer the Moon!"

Post CommentFor the last few years May 4th has been called "Star Wars" day because of the pun "May the 4th be with you." That is pretty awesome. This year May 4th is extra special because Star Wars is sharing the day with two other geeky happenings. In the amazing comic Morning Glories by Nick Spencer and Joe Eisma (cover artist for my comic collection Matinee Eclectica), all of the lead characters share May 4th as their birthday! Plus, the Avengers movie opens today!
To celebrate all weekend long, all new backers ($10 or above) between now and May 7th at 9am CST will also recieve a bonus sketch of their favorite Star Wars, Avengers, or Morning Glories character in addition to whatever regular rewards they choose!http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/78662569/dear-dinosaur-webcomic-collection-volume-1

THANK YOU SO MUCH! Because of your generosity, Dear Dinosaur has now raised $1,000!!!!! We are $150 above our goal and growing, with over two weeks left in the campaign.
As a special thank you, everyone who donates at least $5 to the Dear Dinosaur campaign will now receive the first MAKEbelieve mini-comic that I'm creating for kids, "Today I am a Pirate!"
The more money we raise, the more that I can do with this project. If we hit $1250, everyone will recieve the first and second MAKEbelieve mini-comic. I know that we can do it!
