Hi guys - My apologies for not seeing these comments until now. Stuff is....coming. I realize that's probably not a satisfying answer. I'd be lying if I said I didn't underestimate what a monumental undertaking it is to write a book, nevermind trying to write a good one. The good news is pages are clicking by, cities are being committed to paper, thoughts are being thought, and so on. I've made more progress the last month or two than I had in the the 6 months prior. The bad news is I'm still nowhere near done. The reason why there hasn't been more updates is because there hasn't really been much to update on. I'm writing, as I've said, but I cannot even guess at a finish date at this point. Well, I could guess, but I'd likely be wrong, as I have been several times previously, and I don't want to set false hope. I realize at this point that I (and I alone - Sarah is essentially done with her stuff) am off the charts as far as when I originally predicted I'd be finished. I think I said something like last summer, which obviously is a deadline that is well behind in the rearview mirror. I realize this is not what you signed up for and that this is not fair to you. As such, if you want your money back, I'd be happy to refund it. I'm not giving up, checking out, or anything of the nature. I'm writing, I'm making progress, and this book will be finished. I just can make no promises on a finish date, so I want to extend this offer to you guys (and anybody else who supported this project) because I feel like it is the right thing to do. If you want to back out now I'd not blame you the least (I'm making this offer because if I were in your shoes, I'd probably want to take myself up on). Anyways, I'm sorry I don't have more good news to report. Hopefully there will be more soon. Maybe I'll post an except or two at some point in the coming weeks/months. I thank you for and really appreciate (for real) all of your support and patience. - Tom

Posted project update #1Fixed Lyric Canvas Link
Hey all
The link to the picture of the lyric canvas is broken, and Kickstarter won't let you edit rewards, so here is the working link: http://bit.ly/i3vJDh
For reference, that canvas is 24"x36", although the ones we make for The Mistress might be slightly smaller (depending on how long the songs are).

Hey Eddie (and everybody else) Stuff is progressing well now. I think we're going to send out stuff in waves after all. Sarah's book is all but done and some of the other stuff is close to ready to go out, so we hope to start sending stuff soon. The book is still in progress (it was the largest thing to tackle) but I've made some serious headway on it. I cannot thank you (and everybody else!) enough for your patience. I know this is taking way longer than we originally said. - Tom

Thanks for this very honest update. It is very much appreciated. Even if it's slow going, more process oriented updates would be awesome. Cheers.
hey guys, just wondering if there is another update on it's way for the progress of things.
Where is my copy of the book?
