Posted project update #1Cast of Amazing Gorilla Rep and NYC performers getting set!
Post CommentRobert Berliner (pictured), starring in the current Off-Broadway hit DEVIL BOYS FROM BEYOND and Gorilla Rep veteran (Rosencrantz, HAMLET, Peer Gynt, PEER GYNT) is signed up for the title role of MACBETH, Mary Frank Madera (Lyubov in Gorilla Rep's CHERRY ORCHARD) is set to play LADY MACBETH! That's a hot couple, and a new Shakespearean twist on the "cougar" phenomenon! Mark Greenfield a long-time Gorilla Rep veteran of many productions from Bottom in A MIDSUMMER NIGHT'S DREAM to Pistol in HENRY V and a movie star in his own right (VEGAS: A TRUE STORY) in a cameo as THE PORTER, Frances You Sanderson (OPHELIA in GR's HAMLET, Gorilla Rep vet and DOUBLE HAPPINESS co-star) as LADY MACDUFF, and a HUGE cameo by The Ridiculous Theater's Everett Quinton as HECATE... and more to come! This is shaping up as an amazing all-star cast!
