Posted project update #3Proposals Update!
Post CommentHey there! Apologies for the prolonged radio silence on our end, but Proposals has (very) slowly but surely begun to make its way out into the world, and I wanted to share the early rumblings with all you wonderful folks who made the film possible.
First and foremost, you'll begin to receive your backer perks -- including a digital copy of the film itself -- over the next few weeks. This is particularly important news for those of you who'd like to actually see the movie that you so generously supported.
Second and not foremost: I'm happy to announce that Proposals will be premiering at the New York Hell's Kitchen Film Festival! (which you're free to confuse with the illustrious New York Film Festival, if you like). You're also free to pay money for tickets and come to the NYHKFF screenings on Wednesday, 9/7 at 3:30 P.M. and Saturday, 9/10 at 1:00 P.M. Both screenings will be at the Producer's Club Theater (details below), and I'll send along ticket information as soon as it's available.
Thanks so much for your patience and continued support, and hopefully they'll be more exciting news to share in the near-ish future. Stay tuned - David
