Hi David, The book was literally just released and our distributor has only had it for a few days. They posted the book on Amazon just today so that 'out of stock' problem may be an artifact of the fact that it just went up, the books still being on their way, etc. There will soon be 'Look Inside' and kindle options, which were excited about. We're excited that the book will soon be available both in traditional, independent venues like bike shops, community book stores and info shops as well as on the major distribution points like Amazon. We encourage folks to buy our book direct from AK Press, our distributor, if possible. The price is the same and they are very good and fast. Thanks for your comments, Justin

Congratulations on the launch! This is very exciting

For those of us who pledged $20 or more, how can we get an electronic copy?

Thanks for the freebie PDF. Here are a few copy-edit type comments:

p5: getting outside of the city by more enjoyable, social, and often faster means
I would recast this to put "means" which is the subject, earlier:

"getting outside of the city by means that are more enjoyable, more social, and often faster…"

(and if you don't like "means" when it is emphasized this way, you could use "in ways" instead)

        p18: typo SacrEmento

p19: why is seamless in bold?

p24: "if we don’t say so ourselves" ? the correct saying is "[even] if we DO say so ourselves." The point is self-mocking modesty, "it's not right to flatter myself this way, but, you know."

Hi Mike, and other backers who might have the same question -- We are still working hard to fulfill our rewards for each of our backers, and by now all $1 to $25 backers (and there were many of you!) have received their rewards in the mail (except for trip itineraries in many cases, which will take some more time). We will be mailing $50 and up backer rewards as soon as we have all your rewards ready--because donors who gave more are getting quite a number of things from us, this means that it has taken more time for us to get you your things--thanks for your patience and we promise that when things do arrive at your door soon, you'll be pleased with what we've put together! Thanks, Justin & Kelly.
