Hi, in your update you imply, but do not specifically state, that if we donate directly, the KS donation will not happen, so we would not be accidentally donating twice. Can you confirm this is the case, and specify whether you are going to delete the KS campaign or whether each individual needs to explicitly revoke our KS donation pledges?

C and D are the strongest in terms of readability, and therefore recollection. It's not until you read the words that you realize the logo are 2 Ps instead of 2 Ds so it does not work as a replacement for the P in Pivot, as in A. The logo stops the eye from completing the cognitive sweep of the name in B, which prevents the user from initially grokking the full name. To decide between C & D, you should look at the logo in the context of your packaging. (I'm a UX designer with a fair amount of experience supporting brand strategy, if that makes any difference to you.)
