Posted project update #2We've got 11 Days to go
Thank you everyone for helping us reach our goal so quickly. We've almost doubled our initial goal but we still have a ways to go. The more money we raise the more writers we can send to this event, the better the presentations will be and we might even be able to pay our wonderful volunteers who have worked so hard creating and promoting this event.
We still have passes left so even if you can't go consider pledging one so we can give it to someone who wants to attend and learn all about publishing their book, promoting their blog and book and networking with people who can help them reach their dreams.
We are still looking for corporate sponsors or anyone who just wants to be a sponsor. If you are one or know of one please consider passing this along to them.
And thank you all so much, I am in awe of the amount of support I have received from friends and strangers. You guys are the best!

Posted project update #1OMG!! We've reached our goal but we still need more backers!
Thank you to everyone who has backed this project so far. I can't believe we reached our goal so quickly. We set our goal low so that we were sure to reach it but now the real work begins. We really need all the backers we can find to fund this event. We are trying to reach a goal of $15,000. I know that's a lot but I know we can do it.
I am so touched by the many backers we have already. It just lifts my heart to know there are so many people in this world who want to help strangers reach their dreams. This is a very humbling experience and I can't thank everyone enough.
