Posted project update #7Less than 48 hours to go: is there any hope for Jillian?
Post CommentHello, Backers!
Just a quick update today to thank you for your support. Jillian got more help, but it looks like it's going to take something major to get her into the new year. She isn't looking very well right now. See the clip below. She really needs you guys.
We need you, too. As backers, you've become a part of "If You Love Someone" from the beginning of the movie-making process. If you know anyone else who'd want to be a involved in a new kind of horror movie, send our project their way. You'll sleep easier knowing you helped Jillian AND our movie!
Thank you!

Posted project update #6Only 3 days to go: What will happen to Jillian?
Post CommentHello again, Backers.
We hope you had a great holiday. Jillian's wasn't so good...No one sent money, so we had to turn off the heater and keep the food away from her.
There's only 3 days left to get the money we need to make "If You Love Someone." It looks like Jillian is going to need some major help. Help spread the word however you can. Without you, this movie can't happen. Pass this project along to anyone you know who loves horror movies or wants to see more videos from the people who've brought you SaveJillian.com.
Here's to Jillian living to see 2012...

Posted project update #5Happy Holidays? Not for Jillian.
Post CommentSeason's greetings, backers.
We've gotten some great help from all of you, but time is running out. Jillian did not have a good holiday and she's still very hungry.
Promote Horror ran a story on Thursday to help Jillian. You can check it out here: http://www.promotehorror.com/2011/12/if-you-love-someone.html. But we're not there yet — and Jillian's already lost one finger.
Help make her holiday season bright. Spread the word about Jillian and let's make this final push to save her life and make "If You Love Someone" happen. Tell your friends, family and strangers on the street about this campaign. Let's make this happen by New Year's Eve!

Posted project update #410 Days Left: Jillian loses a pinky
Post CommentSeason's greetings, everyone.
A big Thank You to our backers and to all of the great friends and fans who have spread the word about our project. Blogging, tweeting, Facebooking -- everything you do helps us get closer to making "If You Love Someone."
But we still have a long ways to go, so: we had to punish Jillian. The first person to bid $5000, gets one of Jillian's pretty little pinkies mailed to them. If we don't hear from anyone, we'll have to take her other pinky, too. Then we'll move on to her other fingers...
Help Jillian and help us. We can't do this without you.

Posted project update #315 Days to Go: Jillian moves around the Web
Hi everyone,
A big Thank You to all of our new backers! We've got 15 days to go, and we've got some exciting things happening. FEARnet has written about Jillian's kindapping: http://www.fearnet.com/news/b24828_fund_our_movie_well_kill_this_actress.html . We're spreading the word about Jillian and "If You Love Someone."
Now, let's keep the momentum going! We can't make this movie without your help, and we can't meet our goal on Kickstarter without great backers like you. If you know anyone who'd be interested in seeing "If You Love Someone" completed and being a part of the movie from the very beginning, please pass this Kickstarter page along to them.
Let's try to get this campaign to 30% of our goal by the end of the weekend. That's $7800. We're only $4175 away, and with your help, we can do this! Spread the word and help us get this movie made. You're our — and Jillian's — only hope!
Thank you!

Posted project update #2Jillian is losing hope
Post CommentHi everyone,
A HUGE thank you to all of our backers! You guys are great, and Jillian relies on YOU to keep her going. She's been crying all morning though, because we still have a ways to go.
When you contribute to our film, you aren't just donating money to a project, you're becoming a part of our movie from the very beginning. You're a part of the team, and you'll receive updates on what we're doing and how things are going as we work hard to make "If You Love Someone."\We really need your help to make this movie. If we don't hit the $26,000 mark by 12 p.m. CST on New Year's Eve, we get nothing, our total money raised for the movie goes back to $0, and you won't get to see "If You Love Someone" make it to the big screen.
Help us spread the word however you can — post our Kickstarter page to your Facebook page, tweet about us (check us out at http://twitter.com/savejillian), call up your friends, or reach out to any insane horror fans you know. We can make this happen, but only with your help.
Thanks again, everyone!

Posted project update #1Jillian gets dinner
Post CommentHi guys,
First off, thank you so much to all of our backers! Because of you, Jillian has gotten a couple of meals and our project is starting to grow. We really couldn't do this without you.
We still have a long way to go though. Help us spread the word however you can — email, Facebook, Twitter, your local news, the FBI. We need at least $26,000 to make "If You Love Someone." Please pass our Kickstarter project along to anyone you know who's a horror fan, or Hell, a MOVIE fan who'd like to see something different onscreen. With your help, we promise to deliver the goods — a chilling psychological thriller that's fun to watch.
Anything helps, and for just a $5 contribution you'll get access to behind-the-scenes footage and a Thank You in our credits. Can you find 3 people to give $5?
Thanks again, everyone!
