Post CommentThanks to all of you, Shaking Through Vol. 3 is on the way! Listen to what all the artists and everyone involved has to say in our Thank you video.We can't believe how successful this turned out! 220 donors from at least 10 countries (that we know of)... and the goal we set? Remember we were biting our nails about whether we'd make it or not? Welp, you all kicked in and we clobbered it by almost $3000! Stunning! More opportunity for great artists, and more new, exciting ways for you to be involved are comin' up!

With 5 days to go in our Year End Kickstarter Campaign, WE JUST MADE OUR GOAL! As far as Kickstarter's rules go, that means the campaign will be funded! This is incredible!
Now, there's still 5 more days, and we'd like to push further! Every dime we raise will be well spent. And don't forget - making a donation to Weathervane Music before December 31 will be tax-deductible on your 2011 taxes!

Year in Review Pt. 4 - Gear
Who doesn't have an appreciation for extremely expensive things?... Especially when the price is warranted! Even the professionals among us wouldn't have access to most of the amazing high-end gear that is lent to us by our sponsors for Shaking Through. We've learned a ton from these recording sessions, and hope you have too! Here's a special thanks to the great equipment that has made these recordings so extraordinary!

We're feelin' it! This weekend was great - a big leap forward! About $1800 since Friday. Thank you so much for making this happen... so so much! Year in Review Pt2: On Location
You may wonder how do a bunch of musicians pull off making a video series? Truth is, there's a certain amount of reinventing the wheel, and making a lot of mistakes in the process. This video recaps some of the beautiful locations we've had access to in this great City of Philadelphia - including one, perhaps the most beautiful one, that we couldn't show you because of ONE BIG MISTAKE.
Year in Review Pt 1: On Camera
Studio time can be particularly vulnerable for even the most confident musicians. So how do our Shaking Through artists create such amazing recordings - nearly all of them their best work - with cameras watching every moment? See exactly what goes into this series, and the excellent people behind it. This is the first of those videos.
