Posted project update #2!!!!! Thank you Thank you !!!!!
THANK YOU!
ALL 121 OF YOU!
This is a wonderful day for Blues, filmmaking, creative collaboration and partnering to produce new sounds and images and keeping some of the old ones moving forward.
Another $310 and we've reached our goal!
Any additional funds we raise past our goal will be put towards getting True Delta OUT THERE! We hope to disseminate the film in educational workshops, through academic publications, at film festivals and make Blues education accessible and entertaining.
Thank you,
EB, Lee, Mike and Dan

Hey guys,
I'm so excited for you. It's great to see some of our rich history being documented before it's forgotten. This music is the roots for so much of what we listen to today. I feel you will make your goal and more importantly continue on in making the best film you can. Best of Luck!!
Way to go! (Does this mean I get my harmonica? HAH!)
Maybe the next project can explore the fife and drum tradition, also in Mississippi, which was featured in last Sunday's NYT ? Congrats again..
