Posted project update #2Thank you!!!
Thank you everyone for your support! We appreciate your belief in our project more than we can truly express.
We're busy putting together all of your "rewards," as well as exploring the various options we have for establishing our shop. We've had our initial meeting with the ODA, and the Inspector is enthusiastic about our project as well! We couldn't be more optimistic about having it open next spring.
As the shop evolves we'll be posting news on our website, e-newsletter & facebook. Feel free to drop us a line anytime if you're curious though!
Thank you!!!

Posted project update #1Prosciutto Tasting 8/22!
Post CommentOur first tasting on 7/30 at Foster & Dobbs was a great time - over 50 folks stopped by to sample our 18-month prosciutto, and chat about pigs, pork butchery, prosciutto & our plans for a shop.
The next FREE tasting is on 8/22 at Cheese Bar (6031 SE Belmont), from 2-4pm. Please stop by for samples of our prosciutto, as well as some cheese & wine that Steve will be providing!
