Happy to support this in whatever way I can. What should also be pointed out is the irony that New York City's government is now placing an eminent domain-driven economic development bet on the hapless New Jersey Nets. Just as it did in midtown on the nearly bankrupt New York Times. Functioning families and businesses are being booted for losing enterprises. (And for the aggrandizement of the elected officials involved.) If there is ever proof that this is not right, it's right there. The government doesn't have the competence to play this game. Its "winners" are now proving to be losers. The market moves too fast for government to predict the future and provide "economic development."
