    Enter the Fouragon redux

    Hey M.U.F.F. backers -

We've updated www.enterthefouragon.com to include some of your names that were previously missing from the thank you section.  Some of you opted out of the thank you gifts, which took you temporarily off our radar when we were compiling the list - our most ultimate apologies for that!

    Enter the Fouragon

    Hello M.U.F.F. fans!

It's been a while since our last post, and we're happy to report that there's a lot to report in this post:

First, Most Ultimate Fighters Forever is now live on the internet.  You can check out our site here:

    www.enterthefouragon.com

Be sure to check it out and tell your friends.  If you're a backer and you're reading this, then look for your name in the special thanks section.  Please let us know if you don't see your name, or would like to be credited differently. The site will be periodically updated, so check back often to see what Leon & Dog are up to.

Also, if you've selected the M.U.F.F. T-shirt, M.U.F.F. fanny pack, or M.U.F.F. sweat bands for thank you gifts, those items are currently in production, and we'll be shipping them out in the last week of February.  If you DIDN'T select one of these fabulous thank you gifts, don't worry, we'll be making them available in limited quantities on enterthefouragon.com.

Post-production on the pilot is moving along well; we have a solid rough cut right now that we are whittling down and polishing to perfection.  We're hoping to have a final picture lock in April, with a final finished product in May or June, ready to start shopping around and screening.  Our final M.U.F.F. screening & premiere party will most likely be in or around June - we'll keep you updated as progress on the cut continues.

Lastly, for those of you who haven't yet heard, I quit my day job at Spike earlier this month, and have officially opened the doors to Buttermilk.  In addition to developing M.U.F.F., we'll be focusing on commercial production, post, and creative services.  You can check us out here:

    www.buttermilk.tv

Once again, a big thank you to everyone for your support, and we want you to know that we're working hard to make something that all of us can be proud of.

    M.U.F.F. Principle Photography Wrapped

Stick a fork in it - we are done...shooting.  Still a long way to go, but the biggest hurdle has been cleared.  The shoot went amazing - we got all we wanted and more.  The cast was stellar, and everyone brought their part to life in a really funny way. The crew was a well-oiled machine, keeping pace with a breakneck 6 page-a-day shooting schedule.  The weather was perfect, and there was loads of great energy and creativity throughout.  All in all, everything went better than we could have hoped for, and M.U.F.F. is off to a really solid start as we transition into post production.

I want to thank all of you who contributed to this production, and to let you know that we couldn't have done this without your support.  So again, thank you very much.  We'll be getting the official website up shortly. For now you can see some production stills from the shoot here:

Special thanks to the cast and crew:

Tom Vullo (Leon), Ian Parmenter (Dog), Georgia Haege (Annette), Danny Hong (Chewy), Matt Mendoza (Han), Alex Meyers (Jimothy), Allison Henning (Dierdre), Matt Kessler (Bob), Steve Brustien (Vince), Matt Gilbert (FCC agent), Keith Fine (FCC agent), Daniel Larson (FCC agent), Will Vaultz (Audio), Alice Hoff (HMU), Cricket Keys (Prop Master/Art Director), Jeff Marcello (AD), Jim & Debbie Davis (they surrendered their home to a pack of madmen for two weekends).  The script was written by Chris Davis, Alex Meyers, and Tom Vullo.  Chris Davis, Director & DP.

    Pilot shoot getting under way

    Hello M.U.F.F. Backers!

I'm happy to say that thanks to your generous support, we will be kicking off production of the Most Ultimate Fighters Forever (M.U.F.F.) pilot this weekend (Oct 15)!  We've got a great cast and crew locked up, and have been going through lots of rehearsals and script tweaks, and prop and costume shopping over the past couple weeks.  We're scheduled to wrap shooting Sunday the 23rd if weather cooperates. We'll still have a long way to get through post-production at that point, but compared to the stress and cost of shooting, that's all gravy ;)

We'll be sure to post some updates & production stills from the shoot as it happens.  We're also starting to put together some of the thank you gifts - we'll keep you posted on the progress.

Thanks again to everyone for your support, and wish us luck this weekend (and wish for good weather while you're at it)!

    -Chris
