Hello friends-
Good news! We are mailing your rewards today! Within the next few days you should receive all of the fun goodies we're giving you in return for you generous donations.
The catch (okay it's not really a catch, just a little glitch): We still have not received the stickers that are part of your reward package. We've been waiting for weeks and it appears that they've been lost in the mail. Rather then continue to delay our mailing date, we've decided to send the packages without the stickers. At this point, we're not sure when the stickers are coming in, but we fully intend to send them to you as soon as we receive them. If stickers aren't important to you, let us know and we'll consider your rewards fulfilled. Our apologies!
To those of you who should be receiving video greetings/ a video of Jenny singing Coffee, those will come very soon via email.
If you feel that something is missing from your reward package, please let us know. We've done our best to pack the packages correctly.
ALSO- If you haven't sent us your mailing address, please do! If you haven't received our mailing address requests via kickstarter or email, please check your spam folders or send us an email using an email address that you use more frequently.

when i click on the links in the email, it asks for a username and password, but i cannot figure out what to put in there. therefore, im not allowed to download the music i paid for. what is happening?
