    Kickstarter Rocks--and so do you!

Team Bitch! reached our Kickstarter goal, and thanks to one very generous donor who likes round numbers, we exceeded the goal by $500 very round dollars.

We will be in touch, and we'll be getting those rewards out as soon as we can! If you will be coming to the show, let us know, and we can hand them off to you in person with our thanks--but if you won't be coming, please make sure we have your snailmail address (you can send a message here and we'll still get it).

And if you've been pining to own some of the rewards that didn't "go"--let us know. They'll either be put on Ebay, yardsale, or raffle! We're still trying to raise bucks, folks!

Thanks again for your support. And check out Kickstarter for your next project--it's an idea whose Time Has Come.

    Big fat Bitchy love,
    Charlotte B

    Bitch the Movie--???!

I went to Woodstock for a couple of days to re-write/edit the play--

and my dear friend Gillian Farrell made this little video of me as Lady L.

I plan to post it on the blog (www.bitchtheplay.blogspot.com) soon
    -it's just for fun.

Please feel free to share it with anyone it may amuse--

and again, deepest thanks for your generosity.

    Team Bitch!

PS: The title looks the same; the video is completely different from the one already on the site!

    Whew!

Yesterday's reading at the Cherry Pit was a learning experience-- Lots of fun, and a clearer view of the path we're on--yikes!

I have added some "rewards" to this Bitch Kickstarter project--check them out and see if you know anyone who may be interested or amused by them! Friends have been incredibly generous in donating treasures, signing things, giving encouragement, opening their hearts.

Please pass the word along--if you have a Facebook page, would you please post something "Bitch"-y there for us, to raise awareness? We're doing well, but have quite a ways to go!

As always, I am grateful for your support, and hope you'll keep me on your list for support, too.

    Thanks!

    Team Bitch!

The BITCH Kickstarter page has been up and running for less than a week, and I am absolutely
knocked out by the support--touched and humbled and well, a little scared. This means I really have to do it, huh?!

To give you an idea of what has been going on with Team Bitch since we launched:

The lovely and talented Melinda Buckley has agreed to direct! Melinda is also a terrific choreographer/writer/actor/dancer/friend, and I am thrilled that all of the above said yes.

Ms. Melissa Doyle has signed on as the Queen of Bitch--she will be the Boss of Us, our producer. Yay!

FringeNYC had its first Town Meeting, and the machine is in motion--venues are announced around June 15 and performance dates around July 5. So more news will be forthcoming.

Thanks again for your generosity and your willingness to support a Pig in a Poke--(a Bitch in a Bag?) I am forever grateful. And please spread the word to anyone you think this project may interest or amuse!
