    Last minute change of plans

Well, we set a rain day just in case of bad weather, but we didn't count on three full days of rain and all of the soggy-ness and slick-ness it would create.  We have lost much precious rehearsal time and are unsure if the soggy spot will even accommodate an audience.  So, we are definitely going to shift the date of the show to this Sunday Oct 23rd at 4pm.  We are also going to be offering a "virtual ticket" or online viewing of the show for those of you who bought tickets but would rather switch.

    ITS SHOWTIME

We are only a few short weeks away from showtime.  For any of you who do not already know, the first show is Friday October 21st at 6pm.  That show will be at Mulberry Gap in Ellijay GA.  The next showing of our outdoor performance will be in a slightly different setting in an outdoor area of Chattanooga TN and that show is tentatively scheduled for Saturday November 5th.  We are waiting on a few details for things to be completely confirmed.  So....we will see you for show number 1 or show number 2 or both.....and we will be videoing both performances for our online viewers.  Thank you again and again for all of your interest and support!!  And please, if you have questions, don't be afraid to send us a message!

    THANK YOU !!!

To all of our AMAZING backers for this project, THANK YOU. We have sent out emails requesting addresses for those of you who are getting DVDs. Those of you getting tickets, we will have those held for you at the show instead of sending them in the mail. We will let you know closer to the show what the exact dates of the show will be and you will have a choice between a few dates. Anyone getting an online viewing or photos, we will be sending you those links to the email address you listed on the Kickstarter site. If you'd like us to use a different address, please notify us. For those of you who have a night's stay at Mulberry Gap, your spots are reserved. As with the tickets, we will let you know closer to the show what the exact dates of the show will be and you will have a choice between a few dates.

As a reminder: This show is tentatively scheduled for next Fall (2011). We will need time to create and rehearse the show at the specific site. Plus, we have lots to do with tree experts checking out trees, National Forest permits getting approved, and even natural artwork being created so we can have more to play on. We will keep you all informed by posting updates....sometimes in the form of videos of rehearsals!

Additional note: If any of you would like to change/upgrade your reward please notify us by posting a message or getting in touch with us directly.

Thank you Thank you Thank you

    12 days left

Just an update for everyone....we are officially working with a tree expert to make sure that ourselves and the trees are not harmed in any way. We are getting paperwork going with the National Forest in hopes that we can do the show actually IN the National Forest. Also, we only have 12 days left, so please tell everyone you know and help us reach our goal....we are so close! Thank you SO MUCH to those of you who have already donated!

When is the show going to be?

I have gotten some questions about when the show is going to be, so I will try to answer that for everyone. It will be in either the Spring or next Fall (winter and summer aren't fun times for outdoor shows). Spring is the closest, so it seems like an easy choice...but Fall is also a really beautiful time for the area we are going to be dancing in. So, we will wait and see how the campaign goes and let all of our supporters vote! And a BIG thank you to all of you who have pledged so far.... keep spreading the word!
