    Ireshopeburn and Clint's Cragg failure...

Unable to reach Clint's Cragg across Ireshope Moor, terrain much more severe than anticipated (the map is not the territory, the map is not the territory...). Car almost stuck, beneficial arrival of local gentleman on atv helped us extract it, should of got an suv/jeep/rover. Disappointed. Borders are beautiful, but literary tourism has done it's work, Eildon Hill's and Tamlane's well are definitely on the bus routes. We push on to Cleeve' Cove on the Dusk Water, near Dalry in Ayrshire. Where cunning-woman Bessie Dunlop met Thom Reid and the Qweene of Fearrie. Not on the tourist route. drc

    Rombald's moor...

Long day bushwacking through the forest on Rombald's moor, very piney. Found an amazing stone wall and cave in very black forest. Lots of dead moles on fences, a horn, and lots of pheasant and grouse. Weather paradigm seems to be sunny when in car or hotel, raining like cat's and dogs when in the field, Oh and lamb, sheep, shep: the conjugation of mutton. drc

In the Dales of West Yorkshire...

Spent yesterday at Gilstead Crags, remains of a fairy well and a fairy hole. Left a broken pin and a coin as gifts. Today muddy and wet with the grouse and heather on Ilkley Moor. Tomorrow the fairy stones near the Myrtholme Beck and Rombald's Moor on the way to the depths of County Durham. drc

    Leeds in the pm...

In Leeds, ready to head out into the wilds of the North tomorrow am. Both Clyde and myself arrived at our point of departure safely. Out past Bradford to various sites along the way to Rombald's Moor, and then off to the wilds of County Durham. drc

    Back in Albion...

No Kalman Vaki experienced, but returned to Albion on the 9th of April. April 10th *********, but no ¡^*^¡ @ St.Chad's Street/Gray's Inn Road. Magic afoot? Went out to Mortlake to see flats where Dee's house once stood. Steps to Thames have been resurfaced as well. Leave for the North and Scotland to begin in environmental recordings/filming soon. drc

    In Finland...

2 days to recover from earth tour, in my favorite place outside Albion. Hotel conveniently located by graveyard and former 'plague-pit'. Going to go look for Kalman Vaki, Finnish 'death' or 'graveyard' elves/ffayres. Also used for the magical power to be gained from the dead and graveyards. Slightly of topic, but related in many ways. drc

Great there are all the cards on the table for something interesting. Dylan I have come to see you in Parma, and it was a great experience in a wonderful place (good acoustics), sorry if I have broken the balls for the photo at the end of the concert, send my greetings to the band especially Adrienne for his kindness, I hope you have found well in Italy, and you've found something interesting about the occult. Blaah ...Too many words, at the next Guy
