    Successful Kickstarter! What now?

THANK YOU EVERYONE FOR YOUR SUPPORT! YOU"RE ALL SUPER AWESOME!

So you may ask what now?

Well, you should have your card charged now, and if not you would have received an email letting you know there was a problem. It will have instructions. You should also have a survey in your inbox that will ask you a few questions. Please fill it out.

    What are we doing?

I'm personally collecting all the final art. Everyone who ordered a PDF will get a link in mid-February. I'm also getting a quote to see how much hardcovers would cost. We went enough over that it might be doable. I'll let you know by the end of the week.
I'm also gonna go print the book plates next week. So I can go ahead and mail them out to whoever needs to sign them.

Also, Kory and I are trying to organize a book release party in Portland, OR. We will keep you up to date on that as well!

Everything is going as planned. Like I said, PDF should be ready mid-Feburary. I hope to have the books in mid-March so I can start sending them out. I would like to have them by Emerald City Comic Con so that most of the people involved can all sign them there.

Now if you are late to the party and missed the Kickstarter, we will be making a store shortly. I will be handling North and South America shipping. Kate Ashwin will be handling everywhere else.

    Thanks again,

    Kel

    Fully Funded

We Are Successfully Backed in full! HOORAY.

The next $200 we get is gonna go to the cover artist, who we don't want to announce until everything is finalized. But we're excited. Then the $100 after that will go to printing the bookplates we will all be signing.

There is a week left so keep spreading the word, but thanks everyone!

I just wanted to make sure no one gets a paperback in the mail and is like "WHAT THE HELL? ripoff!"

    Quick update to avoid confusion.

Today I saw someone promoting our kickstarter (Thanks by the way to everyone spreading the word) who said the book was gonna be hard cover. So I wanted to clarify that when I said hard copy I meant a physical copy. It's a paperback book. But if we get to 10,000 instead of 9000, I'm sure we could manage it to change that.

I pledged with the knowledge that it was a soft-cover book, but I for one would be quite pleased if you were to able offer a hard-cover.
