Post CommentThe Hollywood Gamble fundraiser is officially over and successful. The only reason that comes to mind as to why it was a success is simply because you're awesome. I'll be in touch with you over the next couple days to get addresses, T-shirt sizes, etc. in order to prepare your rewards for you. Thank you again, deeply. Thank you for your generous support. We have surpassed our goal and, with one week left for our fundraiser, we still hope to raise a little more in order to submit to even more film festivals.
Once our Kickstarter fundraiser comes to a finale, your credits will be added to imdb and the Hollywood Gamble website. The remaining rewards will be mailed upon completion of the film, most likely mid-April.

We reached our goal today! I'm truly amazed, grateful, and a little dizzy by your support and generosity. Every member of our cast and crew is appreciative and is excited that we can finally finish the film...thanks to all of you.

Congratulations, Dave. You now have a chance to live out a lifelong dream. Best of luck with the movie. The trailers are really cool. I do believe this is the best marketing scheme for contributions to the movie's development that I have ever seen. What a great use of modern Internet technology. You could make a good living just doing Internet marketing.

It has come to my attention that gift certificates are not permitted on Kickstarter as rewards. I apologize for this confusion. I'll be replacing the gift certificates with "Hollywood Gamble" T-shirts in your rewards packages...one T-shirt for each $25 increment in restaurant gift certificates. I hope you're okay with this.
