Post CommentAfter two long weeks of traveling and shooting, we’re wrapped on season two of Put This On.
Our special thanks to our producers Andrew Yamato, Gianluca Migliarotti and Kristian Brodie, all our crew and all our amazing subjects. Our most special thanks to the 1,679 of you who paid for our production.
Ben and I are going to enjoy London for a day tomorrow and head back to the States on Monday to start editing. Look for the half dozen episodes of our new season in the coming months, plus some a few bits of bonus content we shot along the way.

commented on a project updateIt may well be too much trouble :). I'll try to remember. The DVD will have some special features not available elsewhere, though. You can always give it to a friend.

Our thanks to everyone who backed season two of our show.
Look for your collar cards to come by the end of the year, and for your DVDs to come in early 2012 (we've gotta make the cards, plus create and manufacture the DVDs). We don't have a production schedule yet, but we're shooting for late winter / early spring for season two.
You rule!

We've avoided buying guides since the pilot because they date poorly, and also because we don't like the way that so much media in the space is essentially a catalog. We'd rather be about ideas and principles than lists of expensive brands.

We've now produced seven episodes of Put This On, plus two "bonus" videos.
What did you like about the first season? Specifically or generally.
What would you like to see in the second, as we travel to New York, London and Milan?
And THANK YOU to the now more than 450 people who've pledged more than $20,000 towards Season Two! With your help, and that of folks like you, we'll actually get to make this thing!
(Oh, and sorry I look like heck in the video - 4 week old baby and all...)

First of all: You have the same Marantz amp that my dad's been using for about 40 years. Cool!
Second: You had a bit about shaving, maybe you could do a segment on beard / mustache grooming. -

I thought of another thing: Smart dressing for sporty activities. Like walking a mile to work in different weather conditions, hiking, cycling, jogging. I'm sure there are nice alternatives to the horrid sportswear you can find everywhere.

If it's not too much trouble, can I make a request not to receive the DVD? I've not much use for spinning plastic discs these days :)

Same here how about a digital download and not a DVD?
