Can you identify and flow through the poses in The Child and His Dog story? Kids and adults will enjoy-- promise.

    The Child and His Dog

One day a child and his dog decided to go for a walk. On their walk they passed a large tree with swaying branches. Next to the tree was a strong Warrior and his buddy, Warrior Two. They told the child and his dog that they were peaceful warriors and that they would teach the child and his dog to breath like a lion. The child, his dog, Warrior I and Warrior 11 all went for a long walk together. On their stroll they saw an eagle, a beautiful dancer, a monkey, and a dolphin. They walked over a plank to a bridge that that held strong over the rough waters. They decided to return home and again walked over the plank. They passed another dolphin, a monkey, a beautiful dancer and a fearless eagle. They breathed like lions, dropped off Warrior One, Warrior Two and peacefully, the child and his dog walked home.

    Charities

    Hello!
I want to let all backers know that I have contacted numerous local kid's charities and once the video has been produced, I will be donating copies of the DVD to these charities. One is a homeless shelter in Cambridge, MA. My sister and I collect toys for the kids (from our network of friends and family) during the Christmas season. Hope to have a DVD for each child this year, too!
Thank you all for your amazing support!

UPDATE AND NEW POEM! The Cobra and the Snake, A Yoga Poem for Kids

Here is a reading of my poem entitled, The Cobra and Snake. The characters (poses) in this yoga poem include: Cobra, Snake, Bow, Dog, Cat, and Tree. Ani demonstrates how the kids would flow through these poses, as a teacher, parent, grandparent or sibling reads the poem aloud. Kids will also be able to follow along with a fun, interactive DVD.
