Sundance Directing Award-winner and documentary festival darling Resurrect Dead: The Mystery of the Toynbee Tiles is now available on iTunes and coming to a theater near you this fall. Picked up by Focus Features' Focus World, Argot Pictures will distribute the film across the US and Submarine Entertainment will release it in Canada. (Heads up New Yorkers: the theatrical premiere will be @ IFC Center on September 2nd, with filmmakers in person 9/2 and 9/3!)

We've been keeping a close eye on Resurrect Dead and director Jon Foy's progress since Foy launched the film's Kickstarter project in December of last year. It's been a huge pleasure following Foy's journey as he posted project updates about his world premiere at Sundance and taking home the Documentary Competition Directing Award. With both (former Kickstarter project) Pariah and Resurrect Dead scooped up by Focus and approaching their theatrical premieres, we must say, we are positively kvelling!
