We’ve been told time and time again how exciting it is to have a successful project. Exhilaration! Relief! Gratitude! But what comes next? Do you ask people for their info? Post an update? Run down the street screaming hysterically?!
Then this announcement from recently successful project creator Dylan popped up in our inbox — it’s candid, super-informative, and very, very thankful. In short, a great example of what can be done to ensure that your backers are happy and (most importantly) that you don’t have a post-funding melt-down. Well done, Dylan!
Hi Everyone,Today was the last day of funding for the Constellations project and I’m proud to announce that we made it! So here’s a huge THANK YOU for being a part of this! I really appreciate it. Now, you’re probably wondering what happens next.
- I’m going to begin requesting info from you so I can send out rewards. I’ll be able to send out some of the rewards immediately while others still need to be created. I’m going to continue posting updates here on Kickstarter to keep you informed as to where I am in that process.
- Constellations needs only a few last touches and then it’s off to the printers. Hopefully, it’ll take around 3-4 weeks for the albums to reach my door and then they’re all yours. So, those of you who pledged for the album, please be patient.
Lastly, this project has meant the world to me and your support has been crucial in making it possible. So once again, THANKS!
-Dylan
