It’s Thanksgiving week and we’re feeling festive. To celebrate, we’ve invited a few of our favorite project creators to share some of their creative holiday spirit. Happy Holidays!

Yesterday we brought you Melissa’s Thanksgiving-feast inspired Pop Culture Paper Doll, today we bring you the main course. (Kidding!) Jamie Tanner, one of our long-time favorite creators, dropped us this adorably festive doodle and a quick note: 

Dear Kickstarter,

Attached is an uncomfortable hybrid of my recurring “character” the Quiet Bird-Man and ye olde Thanksgiving staple, the turkey.  Enjoy?

Was gonna send some sort of hilarious holiday memory as well, but couldn’t think of anything.  Instead, I’ll go the sappy route and say that last year’s Thanksgiving, occurring very shortly after my first Kickstarter project’s funding period ended, was quite a memorable one indeed, as I gave many thanks for the unexpected success of said project and looked forward to the year to come with enormous optimism and excitement (a real rarity for me, as I’m usually a curmudgeonly crank, particularly around the holidays).  So, you know, thanks be to Kickstarter!
