The 140 Project is a film inspired by Twitter. In homage to the platform’s 140 character limit, creator Frank Kelly commissioned 140 different filmmakers from all over the world to simultaneously shoot 140 seconds of footage. He then compiled the results into an 80 minute documentary — a captivating cross-section of one moment as it occurred across the globe.
